  Went inside to order at about 1020. Was trying to get the attention of one of the workers to answer a question. She was standing right where the orders are shown and they put the orders in the bag. Head buried in her phone texting, with both thumbs going. Didn’t even notice I was trying to get her attention. So I left

  Last time I visited this location the fries were soggy and cold. And they wouldn't give me water as my drink. I decided to try again today. Such a big todo. I ordered a small ice water and the lady in drive thru said ok no cost pull around. I get to the first window and he says 11 cents. I explain what the person said. He asked a manager who said they don't serve small ice water thru drive thru. Ok I can deal with that. What does the 11 cent get me? He said a medium, so I said that will do fine. He was very polite. Second window. He hands me a water with no ice and no straw. What? I say what happened to the ice (being light hearted) and smiled. He rolled his eyes! So he filled another cup with ice and poured water in it. Yay! But I still had to ask for a straw. I will stick with the locations on East Johnson by the college.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at McDonald’s. Stopped in on Easter Sunday when most places were closed, and this location clearly couldn’t handle even basic service. The app “wasn’t working,” and instead of helping, employees just brushed it off. Then I’m handed a Coke that’s leaking all over my car—with no straw. No apology, no concern, nothing. The food was even worse. Asked for no onions, and instead of making it correctly, they literally tore the burger apart to pick them off. It looked destroyed and completely unappetizing. Sloppy, careless, and zero attention to quality. If this is the standard, I won’t be back.

  Not actually open 24 hours. If you come between 3:50am and 4:15am, you're outta luck and will be turned away. Service also varies heavily depending on the worker. When they get it right, it's good! But when they don't, it's a hassle to fix and nobody seems to know what to do.
