  As a door dasher and a customer.. im highly disappointed... I dred getting orders from this location... the last door dash i got from this location the staff was on there phones cussing loudly and talking about males genitalia VERY loudly... and I always get my door dash orders late ... door dash is my job and they mess with my source of income to help my family by taking there time ... and I've sat there and seen them clear the door dash thing and say its ready when they haven't even started the order yet ... granted some of the staff is very helpful and nice but just the nasty talk and the wait time is ridiculous... its a job and I expect better... I will not be bringing my family to this location till things change

  Worst McDonald's in Arkansas. Ordered through the mobile app, given a code, McDonald's decided to change things up on the way then switched it to a pick up inside code. Took me 30 minutes to get my food, with five employees and the supervisor standing around while I waited at the counter. I got a fresh order but this location is the worst of all Jonesboro McDonald's. Need a corporate visit or pethaps the owner to actually work a few mornings to get it fixed. Avoid for service reasons.

  Stopped by this McDonald’s and had such a great experience, mostly thanks to the front counter employee. She was genuinely one of the friendliest people I’ve come across—super welcoming and just had a great attitude that made the whole visit better. That kind of service really stands out. On top of that, everything else was spot on. The food was fresh and hot, the place was clean, and service was quick.

  I ordered my food on the app and when I went in to pick it up I noticed the dining room was very well kept and felt inviting. I then change my mind to dine in. I was on the road so it was a nice break. The help at the counter and in the dining room we're very friendly and they all seemed to get along well, which is always good.
