  This is my favorite lunch time restaurant. This trip the nuggets were overcooked and they forgot our drinks. I will say they were very busy. Still be going back soon.

  Ordered a Deluxe chicken sandwich with bacon through DoorDash on my lunch break, got a plain spicy chicken sandwich instead. Whole lunch break and money wasted because I can’t eat spicy food. DoorDash won’t resolve the issue and chick fil a says there isn’t anything they can do either. Thanks

  Really disappointed with this visit to Chick-fil-A. The food quality and order accuracy were honestly terrible. My sandwich was cold, I specifically asked for no tomatoes and it still came with tomatoes, and I ordered a Dr Pepper but got a Coke instead. On top of that, we asked for four sauces total between two meals and only received a single barbecue sauce. The fries were probably the worst part — mostly tiny crummy leftover pieces that tasted like they’d been sitting around and thrown back in the fryer. For the prices they charge, I expected way better quality and attention to the order. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience and definitely not up to the usual Chick-fil-A standard.

  We got our order through the drive through window. Everyone that we saw today was so friendly and went out of their way to greet us We was totally amazed an it was so refreshing to be treated like that. Good job chickfilet employees. We give you a thumbs up for food and courtesy.

  For the past several months, my wife and I have been bringing our grandson to Chick-fil-A every Wednesday morning after his music class. It’s become our little tradition, our version of brunch, and honestly something we all look forward to every week. Our grandson is two years old now and has never met a stranger. He’s incredibly personable and makes friends everywhere he goes. What has meant so much to us is how quickly the staff here picked up on that. It didn’t take long before they learned who he was, and now the moment we walk through the door they greet him like he’s family. Not just a quick hello. They genuinely light up when they see him. Several of the team members will come by our table while we’re eating just to say hi, or bring him something small, or check in on him. One time, a staff member even got into the play area and spent time playing with him. That’s the kind of thing you don’t expect, but it tells you everything about the heart of the people working there. He knows them now too. When he sees them, his face just lights up. It’s become more than just a place to eat. It’s a place where he feels known and cared for. This week was especially meaningful. We mentioned that he had just turned two a couple of days earlier. Every single person we talked to wished him a happy birthday with such warmth. After we finished eating and spent some time in the play area, we were getting ready to leave when one of the staff members stopped us and handed us a birthday card for him. Not just any card. It was signed by multiple employees, each of them taking the time to write a personal note to our grandson. They also gave him a chocolate chip cookie for his birthday. That simple act meant more than I can really put into words. Even while we’re sitting there eating, we’ll sometimes overhear them talking about him and how much they enjoy seeing him. That’s not something they have to do. That’s just who they are. Chick-fil-A already has a reputation for great customer service, but this goes far beyond that. This is genuine kindness. This is people who truly enjoy serving others and making connections. You can tell when someone is just doing their job, and you can tell when someone is genuinely glad you’re there. Every week, we feel like they are truly glad we walked through those doors. It has touched my heart more than I can express. The way they have embraced our grandson and the way they treat our family with kindness, professionalism, and warmth is something pretty amazing. I plan on calling the manager just to make sure they know how incredible their team is. In a world where good service can be hard to find, this group stands out in the best possible way. And as a grandfather, I’ll just say this. Watching the way they love on my grandson and seeing his face light up every time we walk in is enough to make my heart swell every single week. Each and every one of you are such a blessing to me. Thank you for being so kind!
