  I got doordash from here and my food was fresh and packaged very well! During my times dining there the customer service was outstanding! Very professional, friendly and fast! I highly recommend coming to Arby's on Parker Rd. Especially if Nate is working there. I believe he's a manager. His service and my orders are ALWAYS good and fresh.

  I think his name is Nate The General Manager At this location I went up there to eat with my family, and he was the rudest guy in the store. He was talking about an agenda on how the customer should act, and he was being completely disrespectful to the employees and treats them like a dog Businesses should not put people that act like that in the public view Very disappointing will not be back

  No one in front of us. No one behind us. Yet, they make us pull up and around to wait so we get off their timer so it "appears" they are faster service than they are. Food = standard chain. Normal price. Not too long of a wait. Just trying to fool the company. If you have to "lie" about your timing, what else would you "lie" about? Standard of care? Sanitation? Portions? Pretty much anything, I guess!
