Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    The lady at the counter was very sweet. She had to be the most helpful, generous and cheerful person in the entire restaurant.

    Taylor and the whole crew were phenomenal! I will definitely be back! Not only was my food super fresh, hot, it’s was CORRECT! I’m so glad I decided to try this location - hands down the best Whataburger I’ve been too. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Cabot location, drive a few minutes further and check out the Jacksonville location. Taylor will be sure to take care of you!

    The teens who used to work here are back in school, and the management has replaced them with a touch-screen tablet that takes your orders. Now, you’ll be ignored until your fries, which have been sitting under the lamp for an hour, finally arrive. It used to be a fantastic place we frequently ate, but now it’s just like any other fast-food joint. The customers are an afterthought to DoorDash and Uber orders.

    Food was fine, service was fast and friendly. However 17$ for one burger meal is crazy….. There was also a homeless guy lounging in the corner either drunk or high mumbling and cussing under his breath. I felt uncomfortable eating close to him. Management should not allow this type of activity in their restaurant it just shows this location is poorly ran.
