  It’s been a while since I have visited Wingstop for several reasons. Firstly I don’t perceive the wings value of $1 a piece but the biggest reason is how the employees prepare the product. Please teach your employees to cook to order and not cook the product and let it just set in the basket getting dried out and hard above the hot oil and just re dipping them in the oil when they are ordered. This will not be a problem for me anymore because for sure I will not be back.The employees that I interacted with were nice and friendly but I pay for the quality of the food and not the friendliness of the staff. Double dipping makes the chicken soak up the oil like a sponge and leaves a bag taste in the mouth. Please do better, not for me because I am done but for the brand and the owners that hired you to follow SOP which made Wingstop once upon a time the best chicken wing restaurant.

  My family and I were Visiting in Hot Springs, Arkansas from TEXAS and decided to grab some WINGS before going in for the night. Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from HARRY he was so polite , and patient while my family debating on what we were having lol. The Food was Hot, fresh, and good . Thanks for making our visit a good one at store #1231.

  I had one of the most frustrating experiences here. I waited over an hour just for a simple order of French fries. Meanwhile, I sat there watching multiple people who came in after me—some with much larger, more complicated orders—get their food before I ever saw mine. It felt like my order was completely forgotten or just not taken seriously at all. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff. Waiting that long for something so basic is unacceptable, especially when others are being served ahead of you without any clear reason. If you value your time, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else. This experience was beyond disappointing.

  Im honestly beyond disappointed with this Wingstop I placed an order and received a confirmation email saying the wait time would be 9 to 11 minutes so at most I expected around a 20 minute wait Instead we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our food and almost everyone else in the store had been waiting even longer than we had.
