  Waited at a stall for 5 mins for someone to answer. Then went to the drive thru waited 5 mins for someone to answer and nothing at all. Only two other cars there at the time as well. Made sure they were open saw workers inside. Terrible customer service

  This location has been in rough shape for a couple of years now, with service lacking more and more. Today I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving, then continued to wait 20 more minutes as they cleared my order off the screen early for better times. While I waited, I checked with them by using the stall menu and was told "It'll be out soon." One carhop attempted to hand me the wrong order. At this point I'm worried the order has fallen through somehow, so I ask another carhop walking by if she minds checking on my order. She snaps back "We're getting them out as fast as we can, we got a lot of orders at the same time!" then storms off before I can reply. As if a cherry on top, after getting home I realize one of my burgers is wrong, and it's the one I spent loyalty points to get. All in all, don't bother with this location if you can help it, the 3000 Central Ave store is worlds better

  Fast and friendly service. Food is decent for a fast food restaurant. Shakes are amazing.
