  I didn't get any napkins in my bag no ketchup no mustard not to mention I ordered three happy meals that they had no toys in them not very happy with them and then when I asked them they said their toys didn't come in on the truck they didn't offer a discount or substitution

  Rude. Rude. Rude. You better have every aspect of your order ready before you hit that button. Heaven forbid you have indecisive children with you. They ask you if you want any dipping sauce and in the ten seconds it takes for your kid to respond they're saying "Does that complete your order?" This lady actually had the audacity to ask me "Are you actually ready to order?" I would've driven away if there weren't two hungry kids with me. I wish I knew this woman's name cause I'd love nothing more than to put her on blast. Her disrespect was completely unnecessary and really put a damper on a wonderful Saturday. I'd stay far far away. They clearly only care about shuffling people in and out as quickly as possible, no courtesy for customers at all. Huge thumbs down. 👎

  They almost never get my food right. And today the manager told the carhop to let me know im not allowed to ask for cheese sauce unless its with a pretzel. I can ask for any sauce I want! Guess ill do mobile order next time if I want cheese sauce!

  Everytime when I come to Sonic I either get a slightly rude worker that takes my order or they slightly messed up on the food. Overall the food is really good. And today I paid for a medium cup of ice for 50 cents and the car hopper named Jasmine was very professional and kind. She even came up to me with a smile and asked how my day been. Very respectful. I hope she gets a raise. If I knew she was going to be respectful I would have gave her a good tip.
