  Just had the best meal in Hot Springs at Rosita’s! I am leaking one of the best kept secrets in Hot Springs — this place is the real deal with authentic Honduran flavors that hit every note. The portions are generous, everything is fresh and packed with flavor, and the service is warm and friendly. From the moment you see that beautiful blue sign on Albert Pike, you know you’re in for something special. If you’re craving genuine Central American comfort food, this is your spot. The atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. We’ll definitely be back soon — highly recommend Rosita’s to anyone looking for amazing food and a great experience!

  I have been in love with this food since they were a food truck down the street. Amazing food, amazing people. If I had to choose one food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be a pork baleada.
