  Both the Grand location and Central location were closed early? Central Ave closed at 8pm and Grand closed at 10pm? No warning no updated restaurant hours? We drove to both locations only to be disappointed and go to watta burger instead.

  Ordered via mobile app, pick up thru drive thru, late night. Ordered 2 $6 mcdouble meal deals and an extra medium fry. The only change we choose is to add one extra patty ($1.10 extra) and no onions. Placed the order, after 5 minutes went to the restaurant and selected I'm here. After waiting in line 10 minutes I was finally able to tell the employee my app order code. Had to wait 13 minutes for my order. I didn't get a printed receipt. Employee at the window was nice enough, smiled as she gave me the bag and 2 small drinks. Of course I didn't expect the fries to be extremely hot but cold and dried out isn't what I expected either. As a matter of fact, all items were too cold. The 2 mcdoubles were both wrong. There was no extra patty and had onions. The other mcdouble was just top and bottom bun, 2 plain patties and nothing else. The two 4pc mcnuggets both became 6, so we now had 12 cold mcnuggets. Tried calling. Left a detailed message with app order code, approximate time, what was wrong with the order and call back number. Couldn't eat any of it but on the brighter side of it all.....our 2 small Cokes that apparently cost us about $15 were pretty good and we didn't even have to share a napkin. We got one each! Normally there isn't a problem. Even late night and sometimes just as busy. Maybe I need to rethink the ordering of a mcdouble. Last time we made the same order one of them was completely missing the bottom bun. All I could say then was thank you for looking out for my carb intake.

  A question: how hard is it to mix a sweet tea with lemonade? It must be extremely hard indeed because this location always has a problem doing it. Either the machine is broke or the person making the drink is so challenged for time or comprehension that they can't fathom why someone would want it mixed. The original drink was returned because it was just Sweet Tea. The second time, the drink received what can only be described as a "squirt" of lemonade. Are costs so high employees are being told to hold back, even when a customer pays full price? Accounting for the proximity to the track and the overall busyness of the area, you would think the franchise owner would be motivated to maintain the best McDonald's in Hot Springs. Instead, it is easily the worst.

  possibly the worst mcdonald’s location ever??? sweet tea is ALWAYS stale & old, i genuinely don’t think they wash the pitcher. burgers are so dry they don’t even taste like normal mcdonald’s burgers. door & app says they are open 24/7, but they randomly decide to close at 10pm when they feel like it, without updating the hours on the app or anywhere else. ordered 2 apple pies last week: they took the order & charged me before telling me they were out of apple pies at the second window and asking if i wanted something else instead?? unfortunately i’d just advise everyone to drive an extra 5-10 minutes to the next mcdonald’s location due to how gross & unprofessional this one is
