  My first plate was cold and the chips were stale. When I brought it to the employee at the register, I was met with a rude attitude instead of a solution. She told me, “They were all made at the same time,” as if that somehow fixed the issue. I had already noticed her rolling her eyes at another customer behind their back, so the attitude toward me wasn’t exactly surprising. She went to get who I assume was the manager. The manager asked what was wrong, and I explained that my food was cold and the chips were stale. She also said the chips were all made at the same time and offered me another bag to try. But if I’m telling you the chips are stale and they were all made at the same time, giving me another bag from the same batch really isn’t a solution. Make some fresh ones. At that point, I was more aggravated by the way the situation was handled than the food itself. Everyone has bad days, but when you’re working at the front of an establishment dealing directly with customers, you can’t wear your feelings on your sleeve and make customers feel like they’re getting on your nerves for politely bringing up an issue. I won’t be back, but I genuinely hope the young lady working the register has better days ahead and learns how important customer service is. A simple, respectful response and an attempt to actually fix the problem would have made a huge difference.

  On Thursday, August 6, hubby and I ate here. It was a good as usual. We eat here every Thursday. Hubby and I ended up with severe diarrhea and stomach pains on Friday morning. It's still happening. I read yesterday about the jalapeño recall that they use due to the salmonella. I'm all too familiar with salmonella because we had an outbreak at a shelter several years ago. Cross contamination is huge with this mess. Please don't eat here for a few weeks.

  MY FIRST VISIT THE FOOD IS OKAY THE CHIPS THAT WERE SITTING BY THE REGISTER ON THE COUNTER WERE STALE AND HARD I WAS DISAPPOINTED 😞

  Decided to give chipotle another chance and I’m glad I did! The food was fresh and so good! I had the bowl with honey chipotle and it hit the spot!

  This was my first time to visit Chipotle and probably the last. I ordered a steak bowl. The steak had a really good flavor but I had to spit out almost every single bite because it was fatty or had gristle and I couldn’t chew it. The guacamole tasted like it was prepackaged, or either the avocados were extremely green. The beans were really spicey. The onions and peppers looked like they were stewed. I also got a small queso and chips. The queso was in a little sample size cup. The queso tasted like it was some kind of cheap white cheese dip you would buy in a can at the Dollar Tree. The chips were too salty to eat. I ordered the steak bowl with guacamole and a small queso, no drink. It was $21 and some change. That was an expensive lunch for what I got, and couldn’t eat. The quality of the food was not worth $22. I could have went to a steak house and got better steak and an appetizer. Honestly, Taco Bell has a better taste than this. On the positive side, I LOVED the white rice. If I could just get a bowl of white rice, I would have been better off. Also, the bowls are really big. I could only eat about 1/4 of mine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything looked clean, but several of the tables had crumbs on them and needed wiped down.
