- AMAlexis McCoyMay 2, 20261.0This was my first time at this Chick-fil-A and I’m thankful that I won’t be returning. I have counted on Chick-fil-A for healthy meal options for my family for years. Today I wanted to get a kids meal for my toddler and was told we won’t do any orders for fries with no salt. I was told to speak to the manager so I did. I spoke with Landon and was told they are one of the few restaurants that don’t do that because they would have to break down the entire machine and clean it just to do an order of fries with no salt. I immediately laughed because in my decades of Chick-fil-A have I heard such a tall tale. The request has been honored with ease at countless Chick-fil-As across the country. I had the unfortunate luck of coming across this location to meet the manager Landon. His behavior was not warm, welcoming or apologetic. Definitely not Chick-fil-A standards for management. He was dry and short with us as if we inconvenienced him by asking about the salt. I’m going to assume this place isn’t known for hospitality.

We traveled from Fla, South Carolina and Georgia to attend an event for my nephew who was inducted into the hall of fame at the oaklawn casino. Keli was the area lead that assisted my family while we ate. She didnt know she was in the presence of an Arkansas Hall of Famer Family. She was an Amazing host that was very attentive, friendly which made the experience very welcoming as well as inviting. She was Great and her the team was Amazing as well
