  No ice! No soft drinks! No water! Employee taking my order said a water line had been broken since last Thursday, today is Monday, that's 5 days without ice, soft drinks and water. It's 105 degrees outside. What is wrong with the Manager and more importantly the owner of this establishment?

  You location at 200 Airport Blvd, Hot Springs, AR have the best service there one employee there that always goes beyond Great expectations and that is Ms.Hunter she make sure your order is perfect every time

  Definitely best customer service I've had in a while, the other day placed a mobile order was missing my sauce for my sandwich i called up there and spoke to the manager and he was Beyond helpful i went back today 6/29 and they has zero issues correcting my order and didn’t get no attitude or nothing they were very welcoming and helpful, food was nice and hot as hell but i rather it be to hot then cold so definitely no complaints
