  Definitely best customer service I've had in a while, the other day placed a mobile order was missing my sauce for my sandwich i called up there and spoke to the manager and he was Beyond helpful i went back today 6/29 and they has zero issues correcting my order and didn’t get no attitude or nothing they were very welcoming and helpful, food was nice and hot as hell but i rather it be to hot then cold so definitely no complaints

  Make sure you TRIPLE CHECK your food. I made it very clear to them I did NOT want any cheese on my chicken wrap. When I got my food, I looked in the bag to make sure it was all there because they forget stuff frequently. Obviously I should've unwrapped every food item and checked them individually because no one is safe from the untethered incompetence of Arby's. I love skipping lunch, so thanks a lot for that. Clearly minimum wage is too high a rate.
