Every morning around 6:30-7am they refuse to come out and take orders. They do one lane at a time so everyone in one line gets drinks then they deal w the other line. Totally against the entire point of the place. I have to sit here for 35 minutes, trapped in this line when I used order ahead. Y’all really need to rethink the pattern in which you work because y’all have switched it up since you opened and the service is terribly slow now.

Super friendly service. Loved the free gift. The drink recommendations was spot on. The employee took time to share his favorite with my favorite to make a great drink.

The staff is always friendly and they get drinks out quickly. What more can I ask for? A specific instance doesn’t stand out to me, they just always have a smile.

I was there to get coffee when one of the employees walked around the front of my car when she spilled another customer’s drink on my car. Then she says “Opps, call that self-tax”. I could have thrown my drink at her and called it a refund. But that would be wrong. Wouldn’t it? Awful service.
