- TGTiffany GoldAug 8, 20261.0I’m never the person to go and bash a company, if anything I’m all about praising them. However, I went to this 7brew and got the same drink I have always gotten. I’ve literally ordered it almost everyday for many many months. Well today not only did one lady tell me they don’t make my drink but another lady walked out to tell me they aren’t allowed to make my drink. Well, that’s weird since I literally have it every day. I mostly go to the other location on Albert pike cause their crew is awesome. But this lady even said she was going to call the other location so they know not to make it for me either. Like she was going out of her way to make sure I never go back. I even told her I’ve spent hundreds between both locations and no one has ever said that. So whether she was the owner or a manager or just an employee, I’m just disappointed with the whole situation. And btw my drink was an orange sherbet energy chiller add ice cream mix (because all I wanted was energy but in the consistency of a shake). Now I’m no longer a customer because instead of trying to even figure it out she did her best to make sure I’d never get that drink again. Hope this helps someone in the future. Hopefully they won’t have a problem when you ask for something specific. Now I gotta find somewhere else. Maybe another business wants my money lol. SMH.
- MKMelissa KuanJul 31, 20265.0My first time trying 7 Brew, and I got the Blondie. It was pretty good, with fairly fast service. Better than Dutch Bros in my opinion—not a pure sugar bomb—so no complaints. I’d definitely get it again when I’m craving a convenient coffee drink.
