  We love sonic and were traveling through from out of state, passing Hope, used the app to order ahead and it was packed. That’s usually good business so no biggie. However, customer service could use an upgrade here 😅 several instances of phones in hands of employees and in clear view of us while parked waiting for food. Is that normal now? lol The first girl that brought our food was very nice! We had some missing items and used the call button to ask for them.. they answered and said yep be right out! We waited another 15 before hitting call button again, ended up getting the same response again while waiting 5-10 more minutes. The girl that brought it out looked annoyed, handed it over and we thanked them (we even apologized), she pulled out her phone and walked back into the building 😅 we all have bad days, and food service isn’t easy, but a little bit of care really goes a long way. The food was hot and fresh though 👍🏽

  Ordered some mot sticks they were delicious and super hot and fresh I am super happy really hit the spot I been in alot of pain and this just really didn't help but it did make me happy thank you for the sticks
