  We ordered delivery through the sonic app back in early July. Every item I ordered was incorrect. I reached out to the store and was advised I would have to open a case through the app. I called the number and spoke with someone, who told me they would issue a refund withing 4-5 business days. It never arrived. I opened a new case with them through the app and have been getting the run around ever since. It is now the end of August. No apologies, no we will make it right...nada!!! I have been a long time customer but will not return if this is the kind of service the sonic corporation thinks it ok.

  My SSBB was small. The young lady was nice who cashed me out. The wait wasnt long.

  Every time you go to this location half the order boxes never work. Either the screens are out or the card readers don't work. Less trouble to just drive to Benton and forget about this run down location. Instead of fixing the problems with this location you get the same generated response instead of fixing this locations problems. Do better!
