Always had good service at Sonic at East End but I had visited the one at Hascell and was trying to order through the app and somehow they wiped out all of my points and I had 1200 points I'm not a happy camper about that so I'm hoping that I can get my points back because I was going to go Monday to get my 250 bonus points and there was nothing on my app so I'm hoping that I can get all that back because I really love Sonic

I had went to the sonic in Haskell, the first time we got there the lady came out and thr food was so hard I couldn’t eat it, we went back, we had asked for the manager and we had explained to them that one of my sandwiches was completely undercooked, and the other one was over cooked. We asked if we could maybe make it another way and the MANAGER came out ! Not the other lady who we had before, this manager, never forget to get her name but she has long curly black hair and she was short and white. She definitely deserves a 10% to 20% raise! The way she treated us to respectfully.

We ordered delivery through the sonic app back in early July. Every item I ordered was incorrect. I reached out to the store and was advised I would have to open a case through the app. I called the number and spoke with someone, who told me they would issue a refund withing 4-5 business days. It never arrived. I opened a new case with them through the app and have been getting the run around ever since. It is now the end of August. No apologies, no we will make it right...nada!!! I have been a long time customer but will not return if this is the kind of service the sonic corporation thinks it ok.

Every time you go to this location half the order boxes never work. Either the screens are out or the card readers don't work. Less trouble to just drive to Benton and forget about this run down location. Instead of fixing the problems with this location you get the same generated response instead of fixing this locations problems. Do better!
