  The Manager is horribly rude, i’ve never had worst service from a manager in my life, she was so nasty and mean to me and I heard the manager talking down to the workers, i’ve never had a worse experience anywhere and I will never understand why anyone would choose to work there and I don’t recommend anyone to go here ever again just for that nasty manager woman.

  Where is the customer service? I came into the store to pick up two coffees to go. I was told by the cashier that I HAD to order at the ordering station, per the managers instructions. I am not all that familiar with this type of ordering, so after assuring myself with direct questioning of the cashier that this was the only way to order my coffee, she said if I had trouble she would come over and help me!! lol Honestly….. you can’t make this stuff up🤣 I did finally, with help from a total stranger, (not the cashier) made my order and was able to pay for my coffee with cash….where? At the very counter where I was told I couldn’t order it! McDonald’s….. you can do better than this.

  This used to be the McDonald's that came closest to matching Chick-fil-A in quality of service. Now that it's part of the Matthews group, it's just as bad as most of those. Even management will ignore you and not come up to speak to customers. The kiosk is meant to make things more efficient, not as an excuse to avoid customers.
