  I tell them I want a cheeseburger meal with NO CHEESE AND ONION with a CHILI cheese tot and they come out with a burger WITH CHEESE and just a CHEESE TOT NO CHILI!!!! And when they "fix" the tots they come out with the SMALLEST thing of chili I've ever seen didnt know it was that hard to listen...

  I stop by this sonic frequently and typically am never disappointed, however this most recent time was very different. My grandson and I stopped by today around noon, we ordered a corn dogs and burgers. While I was ordering I asked my grandson if he wanted any ketchup but he said no. After I had placed my order he had changed his mind. When our carhop (Katie) gave us our food I kindly asked for a couple ketchup. Unfortunately after asking this she replied very snarky, saying that I have to order the sauce before the food is brought out. This made me feel incredibly disrespected! What kind of drive in lectures their customers for wanting sauce? I have no complaints on the food, just a complaint on the service given.

  I got really good service but I would like for the burger patty to not have been cooked a couple hours ago. I think this Sonic is so off because they probably don't have steady business, it comes in spurts and trying not to waste food. For the record I would rather wait and if I come back, I will request that my burger be cooked fresh.

  8 times I've gone to this location and never have they gotten my order right. How hard is it to NOT put tomato on my order?? The last time, which is the last straw, the order was correct but I don't remember ordering it with extra hair.
