  We came into drive thru today at 3pm on 08/18/26 and First the lady asked what we would like to order and then just ignored us when we replied 5 times so we gave up on that and just pulled up to window she finally opened the window and asked if we had ordered yet we said no and then ordered 2 drinks she handed them out the window really fast and no straws we kept waiting and she never opened the window until my wife had to get out the car and go around the front of the building to get her attention finally she opened window and asked what I needed and I said some Damn Straws would be nice. It was 105 degrees and we have to set waiting honking our horn and she never paid any attention until my wife got out the car. How Rude do your employees have to be to be hired ? This was Ridiculous we will not return here Ever.

  I tell them I want a cheeseburger meal with NO CHEESE AND ONION with a CHILI cheese tot and they come out with a burger WITH CHEESE and just a CHEESE TOT NO CHILI!!!! And when they "fix" the tots they come out with the SMALLEST thing of chili I've ever seen didnt know it was that hard to listen...
