  Very disappointed in the food,( taste) and the attitude some of the younger staff. Sat and waited inside after ordering and paying for 25 mins for order. The younger staff that was cooking food very disrespectful to one of the older employees ( from other resturant) . Was very loud in voicing about how hard they were working because of being somewhat busy, very disappointed in what Taco Bell has become in Greenbrier Ar. Will be driving to Conway locations for service. Taco Bell yall can do better

  me and my girlfriend had ordered 4 Doritos loco tacos and 2 large nacho fries, 2 tacos each and all 4 where crushed, right into prices couldn’t even pick them up. my sour cream was in a glob on one side of 1 and in two dots on one side of the other, and ontop our fries were cold as if the fry station had been off, for it to be a new location and supposed to be “better” it was horrible, the food all in all was terrible. please go to another location they shouldn’t be serving people something they can’t eat.

  Its just not the same. We were looking forward to the new location but it almost appears its under new management?!? The old location was 100x better. My wife's wildly expensive Mexican pizza at nearly 8 bucks was crushed, the burritos were hard (like old tortillas) and the crunchy tacos were less than crunchy as if they were stale. Wait was much longer, and the window operator seemed stressed and impatient. For 40 dollars in fast food, i expected much more. Honestly, we were great customers of the old location, but after this experience, i think were done. Truly i could not be more disappointed, miss the old location, the old staff, everything was better at the old gas station location. Farewell TacoBell :(
