  Ordered a small frozen blast and when we showed up after paying they said they didnt have it and we received a small Pepsi drink as compensation instead of a offer of a refund or just any item on the menu she told us we could get a 2 dollar small drink item thanks for the generosity

  I don’t live in greenbrier and I accidentally put in an online order to this store. I find it very convenient this locations phone has not worked for the last 3 days. My transaction was still pending until last night it went through. It’s my fault I guess for thinking if someone doesn’t pick up their online order, they would cancel it out like any other restaurant. Guess it’s time to call corporate.

  Takes ridiculously long to get food every time and workers are very rude, condescending, and impatient, and slam the window when slightly inconvenienced

  I was hoping this new Taco Bell location would be better, but I actually had a better experience at the old Taco Bell inside the Phillips 66 gas station. I’ve been to this new location several times, and they always seem to get something wrong with my order. It’s frustrating having to check everything before leaving. Hopefully they can improve their order accuracy and service.
