    Went to sonic and ordered a Smashburger french fries and a chocolate shake and I messed up on the shake and so they replaced it with the one I wanted and even gave me a bigger one that was very sweet and the girl that was helping me I wish I could remember her name. She was very sweet.

    Didn't get order right. No receipt. Burger looked like they threw it around the building a few times be bringing it out. Cold like it had been sitting there waiting for awhile

    Every time I have ordered from there its been their corndogs and each time the batter inside has been raw..wish they would stop with the fast frying. I am done, no more food from Sonic.

    Placed order stall 20 @ 8am. Never delivered food. Pressed button and was assured it would be right out. Waited another 10 minutes and never brought out. Left without food and late for work. You lost a customer
