  It's to bad when businesses have little standards. Carhops in crocs and basketball shorts. Burger was uneventful hardly any lettuce. Asked for a tub of ketchup for my onion rings , adam sandler looking carhop brings me 39 packets and tells me they don't have a dispenser. Typical Esch Group store.

  This is the first time I stopped the Gravette Sonic in the last 3 months. I quit going to the one in Gravette because of the quality of food and the noise and feed back when ordering. So I thought maybe things had changed. I ordered two of the $9.00 meals with the shakes. The person taking the order could not get it correct. He came out to our truck and took our order because he couldn't understand what I wanted. I gave him my order, when it showed up on the screen it was wrong. He had the shakes as large and charge extra for them. I had him correct it but it still turned out wrong. I switch to the Centerton store 3 months ago and will return to the Centerton store in the future. I seems the Gravette is not going to change.

  Absolutely disgraceful. I hate to write this review but the way the management and workers treated us was appalling. We ordered their meal deal and got old cold burgers, cold fries, and for the two $7 meals they charged $25. When asked to speak a manager the manager came out and he was extremely rude and wouldn’t do anything to try to resolve the issue. Laughed and just walked back into the store. After confronted later by phone for his asinine and humiliating behaviorhh, and the over charging, he admitted to over charging. Very poor representation for sonic. Horrid behavior for a human being let alone a manager.

  Super gross, got ice cream and it was all all melted completely, my husband got one of those refresher drinks and it tasted just like ice water with no flavoring in it at all. Won’t come back to this one
