  We pulled up outside to order. Music was so loud coming out of the speakers by the drive-up Pull-ins. We couldn't hear them and I'm pretty sure they had a hard time hearing us, and when I mentioned that they yelled. All they have to do is turn the music down a little bit outside. The drive-up Pull-ins are not user friendly because of the loud music.

  Ordered my food on the app. I pulled into a stall and waited 30 more minutes. I never received my food. Also, I can't seem to get a refund from the app or corporate which I called. Now, I disputed it with my bank. I don't think I will ever order from sonic again. Be mindful of app transactions because they don't want to give back money and no food was received.

  so apparently he's a gentleman working this particular day was the only one working he was doing everything from taking orders to apparently preparing the food and everything I just felt I needed to leave a review almost solely based off his positive attitude and good demeanor if there were more people like him there should be more people like him
