  Not only are the tea and coffee amazing, but the customer service was too! Such a cool little tea shop and a great addition to Fort Smith. We’ll definitely be back!

  The tea is the best we’ve ever had. So many varieties and combinations. Something for everyone. Service is top notch and the staff is friendly and professional. Our new favorite place!!

  I can't believe that there is a place that sells fresh brewed Decaf Tea! My hubby and I stopped by today. We were so excited to find this place! And the Unsweet Decaf Blueberry tea is right up my alley. I love the hibiscus, blueberry and raspberry flavors in this tea. My husband drinks caffeine but I have been Decaf only since 1982! I very rarely find a place that caters to that even though it is so much healthier than drinking caffeine. This place just opened and it was very busy. In spite of that, the staff was pleasant and did everything possible to make customers happy. We WILL be visiting as often as we possibly can! Next time I'll get the brownie. It looked scrumptious! UPDATE: I purchased tea for a second time and I received excellent service from the owner. I called and asked for two gallons of tea. My husband was coming through town again. He was an hour away from HteaO and another three hours from home. The owner got my tea ready and put it in the freezer to get really cold. Once my husband got there they put the tea in our cold bag. The owner bagged up ice to put over the tea to keep it cold. It arrived three hours later in perfect, cold condition. The tea was exceptional. I love the unsweetened decaf blueberry! I do add a little stevia and it's so yummy. I love this HteaO store! Thank you for all your hard work to get me some cold, excellent, tea!!! I sure wish you were not quite so far away! Can you open a store in my litte town?
