  I love Chipotle, but this Chipotle is consistently bad. Always issues with my order. Always poor service. Every six months I forget how bad it is, try it again, and am disappointed once more.

  Food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after scheduled time. They were out of chips so they told me, “you can just dispute it in the app or whatever.” The app has fully automated support that only lets you select from a limited list of options about what was the problem. In the end, all I got was free chips on my next visit, assuming I’ll ever go back, and assuming that it hasn’t expired. Terrible experience, even worse customer service.

  If it was possible I would give a zero stars. Every single employee acts like they are forced to be there. I got a veggie bowl and was disappointed by the amount of guacamole I got, she literally hit the spoon so there was bare minimum on it. Did the same with every other topping as well had to ask for double or triple of everything just to get a normal serving. No eye contact, no smile, no hey, how are you, not that those things matter much but it still makes it a better experience if they would. Like I said it always feels like they just absolutely hate there jobs even tho all they are doing all day is prepping food and putting it in bowls, makes me think none of them have ever had a real job besides that or were spoiled growing up. Like damn it doesn’t take much to do your job sufficient. Actually left being mad because we got charged so much for the most mediocre food and service we’ve ever received. One time I even had one of the managers make my burrito because the lady was acting like she’s never double wrapped a burrito and she was even confused on what a veggie bowl was. Even the manager acted like he hated it there. I’ve been tempted to reach out to the higher up at chipotle to see if they could do anything to better this location because it absolutely sucks but it’s like only one within a two hour radios of where I live.

  5 in the afternoon! Out of steak, out of queso, then no ice in the dining area. Instead of filling it back up they took my cup to the back for ice and acted very irritated for having to do so. EVERY table was dirty so we sat at the least dirty table. Used to be a great place but as the 2.7 star rating reflects it doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon!
