  Most of the time we eat there food great. But to day I could tell the fries was reheated we was told to pull up they was waiting on the fresh fries to get done they was over cooked and can't hear them on the drive through for it to be fast food and fresh it is not 15 to 20 minutes wait for drive through it takes 3 to 6 minutes to cook and fix everything on there menu and that fresh not reheated or over cooked

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped at the Arby’s on Towson Ave in Fort Smith and it hit the spot. The Classic Roast Beef was juicy, piled high, and that signature sauce with the melty cheddar is still as good as I remember. I also grabbed the Beef ‘n Cheddar and it did not disappoint — warm bun, plenty of meat, and that creamy cheddar sauce. Drive-thru was quick and the staff was friendly even during the dinner rush. Place was clean, and they had the red picnic tables outside if you want to sit and eat. Perfect quick stop whether you’re local or just passing through on the highway. If you’re craving roast beef done right and don’t want to sit down at a full restaurant, this spot delivers every time. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area. 🥪🔥

  Walked in started to order and asked to sub a item and shyanne said she couldn't sub any items anymore per management,so I asked when this started and she said she didn't know and if I didn't like it I could go elsewhere so from now on I will ,I know fast food as a job sucks but if you don't like it find a new job.
