Fatima was excellent! It went though fast and our drinks were wonderful. When asked for suggestions she quickly promoted one of the new fall drinks to my daughter. She was polite and friendly. She was handling the order line by herself and it went very fast.

My and my wife showed up because she wanted a drink, we are in line and they tell us to go to the next lane because a bunch of staff members are surrounding a car talking and climbing into the drivers window. We move into the next lane and pull All the way forward because no one else was in that line. The staff kept standing around talking and no one would come take our order. after sitting for a few minutes waiting for someone to come get our order. we got tired of waiting and just left. I will not come back to this location, it’s completely unprofessional. Most of the staff members were standing around not doing anything. It looked like it was ran by a bunch of kids. I suggested going anywhere else than this location.

Everyone is always so bubbly & friendly! Especially Jackie C. & Erick G. They’re amazing! The drinks I always get are always to perfection! Their smile & personalities are TOP NOTCH! They literally make me want to come back. They’re outside beauty matches their beautiful soul in the inside.

The coffee was good! Less overpriced than some places and it tasted yummy; however, the staff was rude when we came. If it had been busy I would’ve understood. Everybody gets overwhelmed sometimes! But we came during a down period and was one of four cars in line and they were not very nice

Coffee is perfect… Duh! Let’s talk about the staff, they are all so sweet and kind. Whoever does the hiring for the fort smith locations should give themselves a pat on the back. Great job on the New location opening.
