I placed an order for a coffee and paid $10.02. When I got to the window, I was told the payment had not gone through. I showed the employee that the $10.02 had already been deducted from my account, but they still said the payment had not processed on their end. I was not willing to pay twice for the same coffee, so I left without receiving my order. At this point, $10.02 has been deducted from my account, I did not receive the coffee, and I do not believe I should be charged an additional $22.04. I would appreciate having this issue reviewed and the $10.02 charge refunded.

The guy handing out our drinks was the friendliest, engaging associate I have had. He spoke to us. Asked how we were doing. He asked us about our day. We discussed our drink choices, favorites and what other good options I should try. Super nice guy.

Placed an order online, went to the pickup window and they told me I couldn't get my drinks unless I got in the drive thru line but yet 2 women after me was allowed to pickup drinks at the walk up window. I asked the ladies and they ordered online after I did.
