- HGHarvey Graham4 days ago1.0Unfortunately, my experience at 7 Brew was pretty underwhelming. As someone visiting and not very familiar with the menu, I felt rushed while trying to place my order rather than welcomed or guided through the options. There wasn’t really any effort to explain the menu, make recommendations, or even mention upgrades or add-ons that I might have enjoyed. The atmosphere also felt pretty basic and didn’t have much of the welcoming coffee-shop feel I was expecting. That alone wouldn’t have bothered me too much, but combined with the lackluster customer service, the overall experience just wasn’t very memorable in a good way. The coffee itself was fine, but customer service can really make or break a coffee shop experience, especially for a first-time customer. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t make me particularly eager to come back.

If you’re a person who has a sweet tooth, I recommend the Blondie, as it’s one of their most popular. The staff was always very friendly when I went. When I come back to Arkansas, I’m for SURE stopping by for some 7 Brew 😉.
