- KTKyle Taylor2 days ago1.0I wouldn’t even give this place one star based off the customer service. I’m sure the chicken is just fine. The lady at the counter was very rude, had an attitude, and couldn’t comprehend that I was just trying to order a Krunch Box with tenders. While smarting off to other people as they’re walking by, she then called me a smart mouth when I was being as calm and nice as possible trying to pick my side to go with it. I told her I will just eat somewhere else and she told me her name (which I can’t remember) and she was still rambling on as I’m walking away out the door. She also ran some other customers off as well. New employee needed and better training. 3:30pm Monday, May 18th.
- IDIlya DMay 13, 20261.0Need to pay attention to what they charge you. Ordered a 2 piece tender crunch box. Didn’t see that they charged me for everything separately which is much more and didn’t even give me the biscuit.
