  They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Subway has a rewards program in which they give you a free footlong after you buy 4 footlongs. The terms and conditions of the reward are crystal clear: only the footlong cookie is excluded. I went to this store and ordered a 5 Meat Italian. During payment, I scanned the app barcode, and the lady said everything worked, put the sandwich in my bag, and then I left. When I was almost out of the store, the other lady screamed: “SIR.” Then I went back, and she said that that sandwich was not included in the promotion. I showed her the terms and conditions, and she couldn’t care less. She said I needed to pay for the sandwich or give it back. I decided to give the sandwich back, and then she threw it away. She didn’t even say “sorry.” So, I went to another Subway branch, and guess what???? They accepted the promo code without any problems. This store did not treat me well, although I usually buy my sandwiches at this branch.

  Place was real quite. Good place to call home &check in with family while being @Walmart's shareholders meeting/party. Service &quality was good. University of Arkansas IS HUGE.

  I recently had the displeasure of finding myself at this Subway location after scoping out the campus bookstore. With such a convenient location, I figured it would behoove me to snag myself some healthy eats, as Subway is know for its nutritious and delicious price-friendly menu items. Unbeknownst to me but beknownst to the two employees, this would not be as pleasant of a visit as I had originally anticipated. Upon approaching the counter, it came to my attention that both of the cashiers were heavily under the influence of marijauana. The cashier that "took care" of my order continuously rolled her eyes and refused to suggest alternatives items, as the items I requested were unavailable at that location. She attempted to put salami, a product that I find absolutely repulsive, on my sandwich. Thankfully, I intervened before the situation could further escalate, requesting that she place pepperoni on my sandwich as I had originally requested. The sandwich tasted bad and it was way more expensive than i expected. Don't come here.
