Had a really cranky experience last night an little before 11pm. I took a break from work an decided to swing by an get a bite to eat seeing i hadn't ate yet yesterday when I ordered a 3pc chicken tender an order of mozzarella sticks. Was happy eith the mozzarella sticks they were made fresh but the tenders were so hard and old I about choked trying to swallow the first bite. I ended up throwing them all away. Would've been a little more understanding if they wouldn't of been open for another hr and if parking lot wasn't full of people. Almost every sonic in nwa ive been to has been extremely stingy with their chicken they like to cook more then they should an leave it in the warmers for atleast an hr it seems. Smh.

Sonic Customer Service Complaint I want to start by saying I understand that mistakes happen. Yesterday I ordered a burger with NO tomato, but when I got home, I discovered that it had tomato on it. That part, by itself, isn't what upset me. I called the Sonic and spoke with a manager. I explained what happened, and she told me that she would replace the burger. She took my name and told me I could come back whenever I wanted to get the replacement. So today, I went back to get what I had already been promised. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with today told me that she couldn't do anything because my name wasn't written in their book. She then told me that unless I could prove that I had purchased the burger, she wasn't replacing it. That's extremely frustrating. How is it my fault if the previous manager failed to write my name down? I did exactly what I was told to do. I called, explained the situation, was given a solution by a manager, and came back the next day. What bothered me most was the way I was treated. Instead of simply saying, "I'm sorry, but I don't see a record of it—let me see what I can do," I felt like I was being treated as though I was lying or trying to get something for free. I'm trying to show some decency by not putting the manager's name on blast, but I will say this: that's no way to treat a customer. If someone comes to you with a legitimate complaint, you don't have to agree with them, but you should at least treat them with respect. I paid for a burger and specifically asked for no tomato. I received one with tomato, called the restaurant, and was promised a replacement. I don't think expecting the restaurant to honor what its own manager told me is unreasonable. Hopefully management will take this as an opportunity to improve communication between employees and, more importantly, customer service. Mistakes happen. How you handle those mistakes is what people remember.

I was there today at this location and had already ate my super sonic double cheeseburger and a lot of the lettuce and stuff had fallen in the wrapper so I was eating that and got something that was hard and not chewing up so I took it out of my mouth and broke it into a few pieces trying to figure out if it was a piece of an onion or what it was and then realized it was a plastic yellow fingernail ew it was so disgusting tried to post the pic too but it wouldn't let me or I'm not doing it right I normally don't leave reviews so not sure how to send the Pic I dont think I'll be back there
