  I love this place! And our delivery guy from Monday, Jordan was his name, fast delivery and excellent people skills! We need more people in service industry like him! Represented the company very well. My family loves pizza hut! And when they have great employees, I choose to do business with them even more so!

  Had a HUUUUGE late night order and called in a delivery tonight RIGHT before closing and Jordan came in right on time with the hottest pizza in Fayetteville I could ask for! Honestly was really surprised how quickly I got my order! Shout-out to pizza hut on steamboat dr! Also if you get Jordan as your delivery driver throw him a tip cause that man is speedy!

  I ordered delivery. I watched my order process from beginning to end. The fact that it said A Pizza Hut Drive was leaving the store with my order and then 10 mins later of of a sudden a doordasher was headed to my house with my supposed to be order. The dasher brought me someone else sonic order and I ordered pizza which I never got.

  Came in to pick up a door dash order for the first time ever out of countless delivery pick ups at this store was told snidely by some lady maybe a manager though she would not provide her name or position that I had to sign some sheet for the pick up I asked why said it was redundant and that they already have the info that they were requesting in the door dash app, signed their sheet anyways and took delivery. I didn't cuss or make any derogatory comments. I got hit again about 30 minutes later, when I walked in same Lady there decided I was banned and would not let me pick up, no explanation no real reason. I have never been treated like this before and in my 40 years of restaurant experience would this Ever be OK. I have tried to contact the parent group Flynn Resteraunt Group since the incident on 7/4/26 and have heard nothing. Apparently it may be ok to treat customers rudely and with disrespect.

  I got a my hut box with a small pepperoni pizza and honey bbq boneless wings. The pizza was fine but the wings? I’ll let you be the judge of that. I can’t tell it was literally the end of the bag. My husband on the other hand actually got the perfect box and we literally ordered the same thing.
