- BMBrice MarchantSep 25, 20261.0This place is awful. They are ALWAYS out of everything whether that be cups cream the flavor that you want for your drink. The service is awful there is no urgency the people behind the counter act like they are walking around and La La Land. My wife and I ordered three drinks and they didn't make our third one, instead they started taking orders of people behind us. Then when we ask where are your other drink is the guy give us attitude. This was all within probably 15-20 minutes of being there. It should not take that long for three drinks. We just ended up cutting our losses and leaving with our two drinks because he didn't seem like he was going to start working on ours, he was working on the other people that he took the order after us I Will not be back. Walmart should do everyone a favor and just close this location and put something else there and hire people that actually care and want to be there. Nearly $16 for 2/3 drinks..Thanks Dunkin! 👎
- DTDeborah TarcaSep 24, 20261.0I have had more negative then positive experiences, at the dunkin inside the Walmart on Mall Ave. They open at 7am but they are never fully stocked by that time. I have waited over 10 minutes multiple times to recieve two wake up wraps when the place is empty. There have been multiple occasions when I would pay for food while to wait 10-20 minutes just for the employee to come back out to inform me that they didn't have anything I ordered in the first place. I am not ordering anything crazy either. I go for the $6 meal deal or a cold brew, if they even have that! Ever since walmart has stopped managing the dunkin it has gone down hill significantly. I really don't understand how this location is still there. It is obvious from other reviews that the general consensus is that no one seems to be having positive experiences. Today experience was the last straw for me. Best of luck. Times are hard and I don't plan on spending anymore money here. They charge $3.99 for avocado with bacon. I am sorry but is not a $1 worth of bacon. Which was orginally forgotten and took an additional 5 minutes to be added.

Asked for a cold brew and got a regular coffee over ice so all the ice was melted. Don’t bother calling if you need anything cause they won’t answer either. I’m so pissed I wasted money on this garbage.

Tried calling phone number and the other person acted like they were confused after saying hello and then just stopped talking. Expecting a refund since I left with nothing after waiting when the app said it was open and the sign said it was only a ten minute break. Very disrespectful to customers who pay online.
