  It was the worst Chipotle experience we have ever had. The food was bad I had like three pieces of meat in my burrito. It was more like taco bell. We will not be back to this location.

  They were completely out of cheese, whenever I asked for steak the dude literally gave me like 8 pieces. Then, when I asked for guacamole which is extra, he dropped like 3/4 of the scoop and was about to keep going. When I asked can you give me more guac, he was making a joke that he dropped half of it instead of just give me more. Half the tables were dirty, they were out of napkins, and the workers had bad body language. The whole deal. So yeah not a good time.

  This location is by far the worst Chipotle establishment I have ever gone to…and I worked at a Chipotle when I was these employees age. The location (while admittedly very busy) was completely out of almost everything, the remaining guacamole was nothing but whole avocados, the service line and food prep stations were in complete disarray and absolutely disgusting, to top it all off employees in the kitchen were not wearing appropriate coverage for hair and continued to give the patrons horrible looks while they walked around with headphones in, completely ignoring customers. Every single employee (with the exception of one gentleman who was at the tortilla press - sweet guy who is always kind, every time I have been there) had a frown on their face and looked pissed they had to be there. When I asked if there was a manager I was told “yes, why”. I don’t know if this is location specific but this was the absolute worst service experience combated with terrible restaurant hygiene. The managers should be retrained or fired all together if this is the experience they are comfortable with their guests having. And the teenagers that work here either need retraining on customer service or to be replaced with employees who actually want to earn a living. If I were the location OWNER I would be very concerned with the reputation their staff has already built, to have only been open for a short period of time and already have these significant reviews I would certainly be paying attention very closely. Disappointed to say the least.

  Great experience today - my boys said Denver was the “GOAT of customer service!” So friendly, accommodating and positive (appreciate the steak was medium vs overcooked too!).

  The Wedington location is definitely one to avoid. We have tried three different times. The first time we waited for over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, there were no other customers in the store and I’m not sure where the staff was. The second time we ordered to go and when we got home there were missing ingredients. The last time we tried this location, they were out of all rice so we just left. Don’t waste your time.
