  Me and my friend went to go pick up her lunch when we went through the drive through and there they told us that we needed to order online. So we politely said okay and ordered my friends food online and waited in the parking lot. When we went back through the drive through the girl at the window was so rude for no reason and asked us what drinks we wanted when we already ordered them online. We tried to tell her and she had an attitude and told us she couldn’t hear us. Then she closed the window while we were trying to give her our drink order and starred at us. When she finally came up to the window, we told her our drinks and she sarcastically said, “OHHH OKAY THATS WHAT I NEEDED.” and then walked away shaking her head. She finally gave us our drinks. Nothing I said or did warranted the attitude I received from this chipotle worker. my friend’s corn was also frozen when she opened her food. please do better at hiring people.

  Absolutely TERRIBLE do not go here. Short staffed, it’ll take hours to get your food. They’re rude… It’s so terrible I’ve gone multiple times different days and it’s usually an hour or so wait on food minimum. It’s a joke. the lines are terrible they get nothing done efficiently. Absolutely the worst chipotle by far

  My first visit here was a complete disaster. I sat at the Chipotlane drive-thru window for ages and no one ever showed up. I finally had to park, walk inside, and guess what? My order wasn’t even made yet. Foolishly, I gave them a second chance. Big mistake. I got stuck in a drive-thru line with 8 cars that didn't budge. After wasting ages in line, I gave up, walked inside, and still had to stand around waiting because my food wasn't ready. Over 30 minutes wasted between the line and the lobby for basic fast food. The service and time management at this location are completely nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

  Edit: we went back to the store and the manager refunded my order, so I'm adding a star. It sounds like this location is new and they're figuring it out. I wouldn't order through the app as they are out of many ingredients, but cant communicate that through the app. And double check your order is correct before leaving. I should have read the reviews before visiting. I ordered two bowls that were both made incorrectly, had small portions, and half the ingredients were missing. I also ordered chips and guacamole and the chips were missing. I picked up my order as soon as I placed it and yet the food was cold. I'd advise you visit the other Fayetteville locations instead of this one.

  Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas las darías! Pésimo servicio si te atiende el chico blanco joven, estaba como enojado acabo de salir y el dia que vuelva si me tocara de nuevo el, diría que no quiero que me atienda!!! Pedí una cesta y casi toda la comida la tiraba en el plato que me estaba preparando, le dije al cajero que asi no debería atender porque la comida no se tira y menos atender de tal manera a Alguien!! INACEPTABLE
