  To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I went with my friends and was excited because I thought I would get a great meal. When I was ordering my food the girl serving me barely put any rice in it. I ignored it and asked for chicken after. She barely put any chicken in and I was shocked. I politely asked for more chicken, and she just threw 3 more pieces of chicken in. I was genuinely angry, but didn’t want to argue. As I was about to pay she said my total was $20. And all I had was a small bowl of a food and a small drink. The girl definitely over charged me for no reason. Do better (happened 5-18-26 around 2 PM).

  It’s been a long time since deciding to retry Chipotle. Still crappy over priced food like substance. Chicken in bowl had undercooked pieces and texture was very off putting!

  My dad got very sick. I didn't and it was good to me. There were no clean tables, the floors were a mess, and it made me uncomfortable. The atmosphere was the worst thing. An extremely limited menu.

  This Chipotle is the worst in Northwest Arkansas. They will fill up the bowl to about half way. Barely give any meat. Also, the location is horrible to get in and out of. The place is not clean either. I’d recommend going to King Burrito instead for bigger portions at a better price.

  I never write reviews, but this chipotle is incredibly slow every time I come here. You stand in line for 20-30 minutes when there are 7 people in front of you. It’s ridiculous… just make it at home and it will be 10x faster than waiting for it here.
