- SASarah Altaf4 days ago1.0The worst Chipotle ever. Very rude customer service and no fajita veggies….. we are out and portion is soo small you can’t even get a whole bowl. I have never had this rude experience. She charged for one teaspoon of guacamole $2.95. When I asked could you please add at least a spoon she said I would charge you again. Train your people better and if they don’t like working in customer service you should find a different field. She said her name was Gabriela

When I place pickup orders they often don't even start them until I arrive, I always have to make my case to the employees that yes I did indeed place an order. And I just had delivery order *that I placed directly through Chipotle's website* that got cancelled because the restaurant said they didn't have a record or the order. Which make NO SENSE. I am sure there are some lovely employees that work here and I hate leaving bad reviews, but this location needs a major customer service intervention because my experience has always been awful.
