- HAHazim Aljewari6 days ago1.0Very disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. We sat for almost 30 minutes and not a single employee came to ask for our drinks or even acknowledge us. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Customers should not have to wait that long just to be noticed. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant.

We have been here for an hour and one of the people at my table still hasn’t received their fries. We’ve been waiting for an order of fries that she forgot to bring out for 10+ minutes. The experience wasn’t started off well either, the host was very unwelcoming. Cynthia also failed to bring out the dipping sauces we requested even after asking twice. ridiculous
