    I ordered in person for the BOGO special for National Roast Beef day. I ordered to go. Two double beef and cheddars and two orders of fries. When it was ready, I grabbed my bag and drove home. Unfortunately when I got home there was a sandwich missing. I called and let them know. And they simply said, we will make it right. I went back, they made everything fresh and sent me home happy. Satisfied customer. Mistakes can be made, customer service is shown.

    I placed a mobile order recently at this Arby's. When I showed up to the restaurant I was told that "they had completely run out of roast beef" and my order would be refunded. It has been over two weeks now with no refund after showing up at the store and calling the corporate number twice. I will not be going again. edit: and NO I will not be filling out a "comment" form. I've already done that and it has done nothing.
