  Very understaffed restaurant but food and service was great. Just be prepared to be patient. Staff was very friendly.

  We ate in the restaurant. It took over an hour to get our pizzas. We got drinks quickly but the waitress never refilled them. The appetizers came somewhat quickly after we were sat. We nearly walked out because we had a 3 year old with us and the wait for our pizzas was so crazy long. They offered no explanation, no apology, and no offer to compensate us for the lack of service and inconvenience. The style of this Pizza Hut was super cool 90's retro, like the place had been frozen frozen in time. That is its only redeeming quality and the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

  This was not what we had hoped the service was horrible the food wasnt that great either and it took forever when there were only two tables including us

  We ordered delivery from the Eureka Springs location while on vacation. It took over an hour to get the pizza that was promised in 35 minutes. When we got it, it was not hot and fresh. It had been on the warmer for a while and the crust was chewy. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager's apology was believable. It might be better in the store but I don't recommend delivery, especially if you are an ou of towner.

  We drove from Fayetteville to experience a "classic" pizza hut. Checked online and it said Wednesdays they had the classic buffets. Got all the way out there only to find out they weren't doing the buffets and the directed us to Berryville. Take it off the web site if you don't have it.
