The truth is when they open they had a lot of issues. But they have also figured out 90% of them and now they are one of the best fast food places in El Dorado. I have been to this location several several times in the last couple of months I never had a problem. I have been using their app to order and they always get my order right. After I started doing the app order before I even leave the house I never really had to wait on my food so that's always awesome but I do not know the exact wait times if you were to pull up to the window. I only have one complaints and it's a small itty bitty complaints is that the tile floor in front of the counter is like slippery like it's got some sort of grease on it. Ever stand on a floor and fill your feet wiggle, your feet can slide left or right. There's enough traction where you're not slipping everywhere but it's still weird. I know it's something weird to complain about but it's just weird. Lol. I feel like attacking the floor with degreaser, slowly sneaking in small capfuls of degreaser and spreading it around every trip, eventually one day being able to walk in and feel my shoes actually grip the floor. Will my vendetta against the lubricated floor prevent me from choosing them over McDonald's, noooooo
