  First time coming and the food and drinks were delicious, few of Greers Ferry Lake was beautiful and the service was great. I absolutely enjoyed our lunch.

  Cannot share the food details because we never got to eat there. Waited over an hour in the heat with an infant, a toddler, and a very senior citizen of 92 years old. Then they proceeded to tell us we were never on the list. There is ZERO CHANCE this woman didn’t have us on the list. We stood there and had a whole conversation about if we were a party of 6 or a party of 7. She took my name and my phone number and I watched her put it in. There was also a chair off to the side, near the high chairs that we asked if our 92 year old grandmother could sit in. They told us she would be in the way and proceeded to move the chair. Terrible attitude, did nothing to rectify their mess up (which I whole heartedly believe was an on purpose removal from the list). There are plenty of places in the area with much better staff and I’d have to only assume better food as well.

  We went early around 5 to beat the rush. Glad we did because by the time we left at 6ish there was a line outside. It's not a very big place and is loud inside. The food was great. My husband got the Bison Burger and fries. He said it was very good. I got the Braised Pork Osso Buco with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Wow. She gave me a knife but it was not needed. The pork just fell off the bone and that orange glaze sauce was delicious. I was dipping every bite in it! We got the chocolate mousse cake to go and it was the star of the night. Light, fluffy and wonderful flavor. We are glad we picked Janssen's!

  Food was amazing and the service was top notch. Parking can be tough, so plan for that. We got there around 5p and didn't have a wait, but it picks up fast after that. Atmosphere is fine, it does get loud quick like others have mentioned, but honestly the food makes it worth it. Highly recommend.

  Did not know until yesterday you can access via boat. We discovered them and went to join the waitlist which only took about 45 minutes instead of the hour they told us. The wait staff was working hard to accommodate the large crowd and they were very polite. The drinks were pretty good and the food was outstanding. Our party had the chicken livers, the chicken fried chicken, the shrimp boil, and the shrimp po boy. All of the food was great. We will definitely be back.
