  We took a stop here on our 13 hour drive, and it took nearly 90 minutes to get the food out which set us to get to our destination after midnight. There were very few other people waiting, who also were not getting their food. The first lady on the intercom, Chamarria, was very short with us. After 30-45 minutes, we asked if our food would be out and she said “it’s on its way” and hung up. After one hour, we finally asked for a refund and the general manager came out to speak with us. She was very kind and took our order again and got our food out in a timely manner and hand delivered it, but the burgers were overcooked and the tots and fries were very bland. One of our drinks was wrong and tasted pretty bad, but we just wanted to leave at that point. It seemed like she was rushing to get everyone’s food out that had been ignored for the past hour so I don’t blame her for getting a bit of the order messed up. The only saving grace to this Sonic was the general manager, but it was hard to be happy about it after being set over an hour off course. The general manager was also kind enough to give us a coupon for free food and drink next time we stop in, but we will not be stopping at this location again. Overall, worst Sonic experience, and one of the worst fast food experiences, I have ever had.

  I was never served, and there is a serious glitch with your ordering screens. I called today; a woman answered, but the call cut off. I waited 10 minutes and called back—someone answered, but the order was never actually placed. You *urgently* need to fix this issue. Out of desperation, I tried using your app, but a major error caused the order to be placed at the McGee location, and because of that, I lost $20 that I can't get back. No matter how hard I looked for an option to cancel or change the order, it wasn't possible.

  There menu hasn't been updated in awhile so we were trying to order things they know longer had. It was weird, they kept apologizing but it made things a little more complicated with kids.

  It has GREAT drinks and it's quick fix if you are hungry on the run.

  Rude person taking order. Tried telling her what I wanted on my burger and she was extremely rude! Then when I got home the burger was not fixed correctly! Nit a whole lot of places to eat in Dumas. Now I will mark this place off.
