  Out of 6 previous orders. I have had one correct. They have a order accuracy and final check issues. Twisted flamingos missing cherries, bacon missing from tropical smasher and bacon cheeseburgers, and groovy sauce missing for groovy fries. One of the 6 orders was just a drink i waited 20 minutes for (onslaught of customers)and was missing a component. The food runners seem nice but the management and assemblers might need to be retrained or replaced. Many of us have worked fast food in the past so we know there is no excuse for order inaccuracy. Especially if its chronic.

  Not sure whom Belinda is but she should NOT be talking to customers or taking orders. You can’t place an order without being talked over. You will have to repeat your self with everything you say. And I’m not the only one that leaned away from the speaker because it seems as though she is yelling. They sent a car hop out to take the order and even the car hop had to repeat everything more than once. Horrible experience. Only reason I gave 2 stars for service is because the car hop was helpful and apologized for everything.

  It's Sonic. They've messed up several orders and the ice cream was a tad unpleasant tasting. You know what you're signing up for though.
