  Great food. We make this our stop roadtripping, but will have to change bc they always refuse to unlock the restrooms and we travel w kids. Not family friendly.

  Between this Sonic location and the location in Texarkana AR on Arkansas Blvd. they are equally disappointing however, let me speak on the De Queen, AR location. I am officially done with this place. The few times I ordered food at this location, it seems to be prepared with little to no care. They are EXTREMELY slow even if your order consists of only one Route 44 cup of ice. I was there a few days ago and after a 5 minute wait they finally got my cup of ice to me, I poured my bottle water on it to find that the cup had 2 pin holes in the bottom of it. Two days later I went back and ordered a sausage breakfast burrito adding bacon. There were only 2 customers including myself and the carhop delivered the other customers order only to post up and carry on a 5 minute conversation. She did not decide to retrieve my order until she realized I was backing out to leave and she immediately put her conversation on hold to run inside to get my order but by then I had lost interest in the burrito. This location is horribly slow and they always have an attitude as if they didn’t want to be at work. I have decided that whenever I want Sonic, I will drive to Ashdown where the carhops are pleasant and actually care about customers.

  It’s been numerous times I’ve placed orders 10-15 minutes before I arrived and still wait at least 10 minutes for my food to be brought out to me.

  Everytime I get easy ice or extra anything for a drink it alway come out like water I will say the employee was wonderful nice and respectful but sadly my drink tasted like water once again
