  Van dos veces que voy y no tienen pan siempre que voy no tienen pan y cuando se les acaba algo no se ponen de acuerdo en quien va ir agarrarlo muy mal organizado todo

  we were ignored for about ten minutes at the drive thru speaker. So with two cars in front we we decided to order at the window . We waited for about 20 minutes until finally somebody pas by the window. She didn’t even look , we waited again she pass by at this time I honked to get her attention. She ignored us. Both my husband and Honk again. Eventually the same person who pass was standing and looking at us through the window. We started to call she simple started at us turned around and went back to the front. We went inside and ask if they were working the drive thru. First Borge girls said no. Then one said they were going back and forth. I told them we were waited 30 minutes at the drive thru. Both shrugged their shoulders . I then pointed at the girl (Erin) and told her we even honked when you pass by. She said she heard honking but it was far away. I was maam we were honking as you we’re walking back and forth. We also called you and you didn’t answer. Both girls didn’t care. I asked for the managers number and the first girl points at Erin and says she’s the manager. I then ask for the number to call and complain about her and she says she didn’t have it. After she gAve me her store number she then says her manager name is Laura. We understand they were busy that is whys we waited . And no point did they even apologize. They simply didn’t care. Both my husband and I believe it was a racial thing him being black and me being Hispanic. As we were leaving a white male in a truck was getting his order taken through the drive thru.
