  I have used the mobile order option for as long as they have offered it. Here within the last few months though anytime I order food on the app for it to be done when I get there I have still sat and waited 25-30 minutes for my food. I get a 30 minute lunch break so today when I ordered it I placed for it to be done at 11:55, I left work at 12 and they did not bring my food out until 12:28. My food was cold when I received it. I just knew they would have it done this time where I could eat and enjoy my lunch but nope I had to eat cold food on my way back to work. Getting ridiculous.

  Every time they get the order wrong then wanna make you feel stupid for telling them it’s wrong. Never gives sauce in the bag, mixes up drink sizes and gives you the smallest kids size when ordering a medium. Will answer the phone and not say anything for 15 seconds just to hang up and ignore the following calls. Worst sonic I’ve been to and needs a full management refresh

  If you're going to run a restaurant, even if its to go you should have a public restroom available for ppl to be able to wash their hands and all.

  Long wait times, and 50% chance your order will be incorrect. I've been here multiple times and can say definitely take your business elsewhere or you'll regret it.
