The app will say 25-30 minutes but when I get to the store after 25-30 minutes I end up waiting another 30 minutes. 80% of the time my order has something wrong with it but I don’t even bother to ask to get it fixed because it’s just going to take another 20 minutes for them to fix it. This has been a consistent problem from this store for the last year. They just bump orders off their screen and have to ask people what their order was. When the order is correct the food is great. But that’s the only thing going for this place, and it’s not even because of the workers. It’s a franchise and that’s the only thing saving this store.

I was told to bring them back only way she can replace them. Um I’m at work in lr now. Someone should be double checking the orders. I just would have hoped some accountability would have been taken, and my order would have been replaced.

I realized it was wrong when I got home called them and they asked for me to bring the order back. I ASKED FOR ORIGINAL HOT AND GOT LOUISIANA RUB 2 times. NO COMMUNICATION, they don’t listed never asked what my order was they were just going off the ticket. She complained about fixing the food and didn’t get it right up until 11pm. I’ve been a server for 5 years and would never give someone the horrible service they gave me tonight. — Haley
