  I order for pickup regularly. The staff are always so friendly and my order is almost always ready on time and correct. I might have had two issues in 3 years of patronage.

  I went to the wingstop on prince st in Conway Arkansas area i called in and the lady was very very rude I walked in and she immediately told me that I was rude and that I had an attitude which was a complete lie she answered the phone with an attitude and she went off on me as I tr tried place a order I gave the management a tip n the guy at the register because the way that they handled the situation

  Well I did it folks. Today finally, after some major cravings, I risked it all for some dine in Conway Wingstop. I used to frequent it a lot in the past but have not been in years due to a complete lack of effort and attention by the team there. I’ve been hearing and seeing a few more positive updates so decided to see first hand today…. I’m happy to report that it was really good. I was immediately greeted by nearly all of the staff when walking in. They made me aware of their specials. One woman in particular (who I assumed was the manager but ended up not being) was super friendly and helpful. She brought my food out, brought me extra napkins, and checked on me throughout the meal. I watched her smile and speak to everyone that came in, she even knew some people by name. She had great energy and was on top of it, I told her she should be in charge lol. The food came out hot and fresh in about 11-12 minutes. I had everything I needed and the food was as good as I remembered it from the glory days. I only had one (smallish) complaint, right around the time I was wrapping up, I started smelling bleach inside the restaurant. As I was leaving, it appears they were cleaning the bathroom but the smell had grown pretty strong. Even though I was sitting on the opposite end of the restaurant, it started to give me a headache so I left quickly when I had finished eating. But overall, everything I was concerned with (cleanliness, staff, and food) was really good. I’ll be back! I really hope these changes are permanent. Minus the bleach lol. Give it a try!

  Customer service is so bad that even when they are closing an hour early they gave us so much attitude as well. Get better customer service this is very disappointing with people having attitude because they want to close early. As well as the lady was on her phone saying that and after. They were kicking everyone out telling them to take an online order. Everyone was so pissed off.

  The fries were hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The wings were straight garbage. I had to heat them up in the microwave when I got them home. I know what day-old wings look like and these were NOT fresh or cooked recently. These things were heat lamp fried to death!! It's strange how a place can knock it out of the park with fries but miserably fail at preparing their flagship menu item. I'm honestly in better shape cooking my own wings and drowning them in a hot sauce picked out from the Wal-Mart condiment aisle. 1st and Last time coming here.
