  I normally eat at Subway when it’s late, and I don’t typically go to Jimmy John’s, but I decided to give it a try today and I’m so glad I did! I had the pleasure of being helped by Tranic P. and Alizelyia Y., who were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the menu, took the time to explain the sandwiches, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Thank you both for being so kind, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile. Employees like you make a real difference in the customer experience. Jimmy John’s, please give these two a raise! They deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service!!!!!

  Literally the slowest place ever. My 90 year old grandmother could have made it faster. Just sitting around chit chatting with each other and not making food.

  One paper thin slice of meat on an extremely overpriced sandwich. Sick of paying more for less.

  Web shows they close at 10:00 on Sarurdays. Arrived at 8:30 on Sat., and store closed. Also, the only thing fast about this establishment is how fast they talk and instantly forget your order.

  They overcharge for their food. When questioned them about it. They say this or that. Was told the price was for a number 1 or a number 4. I asked well what do I have? He said a number 4. So explain to me why it double the price then advertise? Complete rip off and will never be back. Ever
