  I have been eating at this location for many years. Overall my food is good and I really appreciate the quality and good service I receive here. There have been multiple times I have been offered a discount on my food either with a coupon or by ordering my items a specific way which I really appreciate. The wait time is generally short and efficient. I am a big fan of Arbys in general and love their delicious food. Yum.

  one of the oldest Arby's in the country the original Arby's in Conway has very good service and good quality food I will eat there again

  Went through the drive thru and ordered two sliders and two milkshakes. We went to pay with a 100.00 bill (total was $14 and change) we were told we needed to pay with an alternate method of payment because she couldn't take the 100 bill. We didn't have it. Between the two of us, we came up with 4.40 and she proceeded to toss out our milk shakes in front of us because we only had that amount. She was very rude and had no customer service skills at all. Arby's couldn't break the bill, we had the money. She completely ignored the fact that this was at no fault of ours.
