  one of the oldest Arby's in the country the original Arby's in Conway has very good service and good quality food I will eat there again

  Went through the drive thru and ordered two sliders and two milkshakes. We went to pay with a 100.00 bill (total was $14 and change) we were told we needed to pay with an alternate method of payment because she couldn't take the 100 bill. We didn't have it. Between the two of us, we came up with 4.40 and she proceeded to toss out our milk shakes in front of us because we only had that amount. She was very rude and had no customer service skills at all. Arby's couldn't break the bill, we had the money. She completely ignored the fact that this was at no fault of ours.

  The place is usually pretty clean the staff is pleasant and the food is good they always get my otder right

  Five stars all around! I have never been disappointed with this location & have been coming here for well over a decade. Makayla is our favorite! She’s always so sweet and has a great attitude! Will always recommend and be back ❤️
