  There was a young girl with dark hair that was in a bubble braid working on 8/16/2026 @ 6:20 ish that was extremely unhelpful and rude. My husband tried to order a patriot punch to which she replied “we don’t have that” and he responded that he didn’t know what was in it and with an attitude she shrugged and said “well I don’t either. I can put any flavor in the redbull” and I said “okay well do you have a menu?” And she replied “well it’s not going to be on the menu” once again with an attitude. We resorted to just ordering a regular redbull because he wasn’t sure of the flavors that were even available. I understand it is hot and she might be ready to be off work; however the attitude you have towards customers matters. I have never had a poor experience at any of your locations until today.

  I absolutely love 7 Brew Coffee! They are the best coffee around and really not to bad on the their prices at all considering their large coffee is an actual large unlike some places ive been to. Ive been to a few places where they call a regular medium cup a large and charge 10 plus dollars for it

  Service from the employees, feeling welcome, kindness and genuinely wanting to serve. Just being friendly, and always having a smile, saying a kind word. It’s always our experience at 7Brew.

  This was my first visit to this location, as well as my first time trying 7 Brew Coffee in general. I typically frequent smaller, local coffee shops, but I was in Conway yesterday and needed my daily fix, so we decided to try this place. ​My sister is very specific and picky with her iced coffee, so we were hoping to be able to order inside, but that was not an option here. However, a great employee helped explain the menu and assisted us with our order. ​The overall experience was fine, although the atmosphere gave off high school car wash vibes. I mean no disrespect by this; I even commented to my sister that it was nice to see a good work ethic being taught to the younger generation. It was just the setup of the operation. There are three drive-thru lanes, and at each lane, an employee stands with a cart and a tablet. The coffee is made inside and then delivered to the server in the lane, who hands you the order and takes payment. Since we had never been here, we pulled up and parked by what I assumed was employee parking and rolled down our window to ask about ordering inside. A friendly employee brought a tablet over and immediately assisted us. I am not sure if this is standard operation for 7 Brew Coffee or if this young man just went out of his way to help. ​The Caramel Chiller I ordered was good, but I noticed the espresso was much weaker than what I typically receive at similar establishments. It was not bad, just weak for lack of a better word. My sister always requests half the normal amount of espresso in her coffee, and even she noticed that her drink had much less espresso flavor than what we get at our usual coffee shops. This weak espresso flavor is why I only gave it four stars.
